40th Birthday - Mika
It was a cold winter evening in August when a small group of good friends gathered to pay respects. Another of the tribe crossing the 40th threshold.
Luckily there was just the right number of people to weave a little message.
Okay, so I know the sign idea is cheap trick and very well worn, but I do encourage anyone taking pictures to try it out. Gives people an activity. Fun times.
I’d planned ahead a little with this. On top of the card shot I also asked everyone to blow a kiss to the birthday girl.
The result was a printed book for Mika. Each page a single photo, spelling out the message, ending with a collage of kisses on the last page.
